Congratulations to the beautiful Fall 2010 Alpha Class!
On behalf of the whole Alpha Psi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, let me just say how thrilled we all are to meet you this fall! As the Recruitment Vice President, I have the privilege of welcoming all of you to ADPi formal recruitment, where you will have the chance to see what our sisterhood is all about. Our Formal Recruitment Chair, Lindsay, and I have been hard at work all year preparing to give you the best experience possible!
When I went through recruitment, I was looking for a way to get involved. In Alpha Delta Pi, I saw a commitment to scholarship, leadership, philanthropy, fun, and most importantly, a commitment to each other. The young women who comprise this chapter never cease to amaze me. They are all so uniquely talented and brilliant, and I feel honored to call them my sisters. From football games to fun nights out to spontaneous beach days to late night study sessions, these girls are always there for me. For that, I can honestly say that I have found a home away from home, and a true family here at USC.
For any of you who are unsure about Greek life, I encourage each of you to consider going through formal recruitment. It is such an exciting process, where you will have the chance to meet hundreds of girls, and make some lifelong friendships. Looking back on the last two years, it is remarkable how Alpha Delta Pi has shaped my life and it continues to do so each day. I cannot wait to share my experience with you this fall. See you in August!
